Returns/Exchanges
Gorilla Squad Apparel will accept any unwashed / unworn merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days of the received date (within 30 days of shipment date for orders outside of the United States). Gorilla Squad Apparel stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Gorilla Squad Apparel will NOT accept any opened non-wearable merchandise for exchange and return.
-To process an exchange or return on the order you have received, please fill out the R/E form on the back of your invoice and include in your return package.
-If you did not receive a copy of the form please e-mail source4yb@gmail.com and we can e-mail one to you to fill out and include with your return/exchange.
-We will need you to ship the original merchandise back to us including your completed return/exchange form in order to process your return or exchange. If this information is not included in your packaging we will not be able to process your request.
-Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and reship the item you request. If there are any issues with your exchange we will contact you via phone or email.
